The Society presents a £20 annual award to a student at St. Peter’s Collegiate School, chosen for achieving the requisite standard in IT/ Electronics. The recipient of the 2018 award is James Longman.
The citation reads:
James worked at a consistently high level throughout his A Level Electronics studies, gaining a much deserved A grade. An outstanding project cemented his theoretical knowledge with practical application. James’ ability to beat his Electronics teacher in 5K Parkruns has also not gone unnoticed! Congratulations James and good luck in your chosen degree.
James is currently studying Electrical & Electronic Engineering at the University of Sheffield. The Society wishes to add its own best wishes to James in his future career.
